Mixed feelings about the stay

The pool area was quite nice, definitely an acceptable place to spend the days.

With only three small ones for the entire hotel, the wait times were excessive (especially annoying when on the upper floors). The room itself felt quite basic for what I was expecting. The bed was far too firm and the pillows offered little support, giving me neck pain.
